As the founder and CEO of UrHome Portugal and co-founder of Dynasty Homes, O'Reilly has overseen the management and deployment of hundreds of millions of Euros in real estate assets across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.

O’Reilly’s leadership is driven by collaboration and a commitment to excellence. He believes that building value goes beyond ambition—it requires assembling the right people and structuring opportunities that are as innovative as they are secure. By uniting a team of trusted experts and leveraging his deep network, Bobby ensures that each investment delivers both financial performance and long-term impact.
